FABRICATION OF STEEL STRUCTURES

Fabrication of steel structures is one of the main lines of production activity.
ASP has wide experience in fabrication of steel structures of different purposes including:
- Hull sections and blocks;
- Pipelines and ducts of different diameters;
- Pressure vessels, etc.
- Tanks for transportation of different substances.

Within the last few years ASP has manufactured the following large-sized steel structures:


- 1997 – 1998: Fabrication of the spacer for Molikpaq oil production platform under Sakhalin-2 Project. The dimensions of the spacer are 110 x 110 m, total weight 15000 t. ASP exhibited good workmanship and carried out the works a month ahead of schedule.





• - 2002: Fabrication of 54 tanks for diesel and base oil storage (V = 189 cu.m) for ABB Lummus Global under Sakhalin-1 Project. ASP fulfilled this order as a subcontractor.






• - 2003: Fabrication of bridge components (caissons, pipes, girders, etc.) for Dalmostostroy JSC under Sakhalin-1 Project.
Bridge caps: overall dimensions – 1500 x 1500 mm, weight – 1380 kg, material 15HSND2





Caissons: overall dimensions – 3100 x 7830 mm, weight – 35500 kg, material 15HSND2
Girders: overall dimensions – 14300 x 1000 mm, weight – 9118 kg, material 15HSND2







Pipes: overall dimensions – 1420 dia x 13600 mm, weight – 10422 kg, material 15HSND2





- 2006: Fabrication of cast roller bearings for the Amur river crossings of Far East Railway near Khabarovsk (Phase 1 and 2) for Dalmostostroy JSC.
Expansion bearings: overall dimensions – 1100x1400 mm. weight – 4120 kg
Fixed bearings: overall dimensions – 1500x1700 mm. weight – 5630 kg
