METALLURGY
ASP manufactures the following:
Castings for machine structures and components, machinery of different degree of complexity and designation;
Forgings die stampings of machine components, machinery, outfitting and tools of different degree of complexity.
Manufacturing of castings and forgings has been certified within GOST R Certification System that is confirmed by Certificates of Conformity no. ROSS RU. T402N01463, no. ROSS RU. T402N01464, no. ROSS RU. T402N01468.
Shipboard components are manufactured under the supervision of Russian Maritime Register of Shipping and Russian River Register of Shipping according to the requirements of Rules for Shipbuilding and Ship Repair.
2005 – Manufacture of castings for mortar and boss under DNV supervision
2006-2007 – Manufacture of castings for Oil and Chemical Tanker under GL supervision with production certification
The castings and forgings are manufactured for military and civil shipbuilding, transportation machine-building, mining and road-building enterprises and fuel-and-power facilities.
